Terell Stafford has been a ubiquitous presence on the jazz scene. Since the mid-1990's, he’s been an integral part of jazz groups led by such stellar performers as Cedar Walton, Sadao Watanabe, the Clayton Brothers, Herbie Mann, Kenny Barron and many New York-based big bands including Jon Faddis' Carnegie Hall Jazz Band, Wynton Marsalis' Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, the Mingus Big Band and the Village Vanguard Jazz Orchestra.

Stafford is recognized as an incredibly gifted and versatile player, he combines a deep love of melody with his own brand of spirited and adventurous lyricism.
